The Tzu-Chi Philippines branch is the coordinating center for TIMA services in this country composed of thousands of islands. Since 1995, the branch office has facilitated 13 medical missions. Each mission planning requires collective efforts from many commissioners, the medical coordinator and the volunteer coordinator. Preparatory tasks such as site research team organization and service quipment arrangement often involve a lot of hard work.
